It’s the most wonderful time of the year, sing along now!
The year is finally coming to an end, Christmas is just around the corner and we can taste the early hints of summer in the air. We’ve completed our fair share of projects this year and could not be more grateful for the overwhelming support we’ve received from friends, family and clients alike. We’d like to end the year on a good note by documenting and highlighting a few of our ‘Favourites’ of 2023, from favourite wedding photos to favourite clients, we’ve got it all covered and a few of you might be lucky enough to pop up! So let’s walk down memory lane and get started with our Favourite Wedding Photo of the Year!
Nicole & Matt
Still super fresh in our memories, Nicole & Matt’s wedding was a sight to behold especially due to our long time friendship with Matt who previously worked as a Director here at Iceberg Media. As someone who prided himself with work with no time for relationships, it is safe to say that the team was all in tears when we finally saw how happy Nicole and Matt were together. With their ceremony and reception located at St. Michael the Archangel Chapel and Parmelia Hilton Perth respectively, it was a day full of fun but with a bucket of tears on the side. We do hope that Nicole and Matt enter 2024 with even more happiness and joy in their newly-wedded lives.
Nicole & Sam
It does seem like Nicole’s are taking the win this year with our favourite wedding photos of 2023 but we promise that it’s simply a totally weird coincidence and not our fault that Nicole is the 340th most common girls name! Let’s not get distracted and instead focus on this stunning scenery that blessed Nicole & Matt’s stunning wedding day. Situated in Dunsborough, Sugar Loaf Rock may not seem like the most romantic place in the world but Nicole and Sam really proved the opposite! In this breathtaking seascape, the coastline is frequently lashed by turbulent waters, and the rocky terrain is distinctively set apart from the shoreline by a slender channel of untamed currents. With such a view, it was hard not to fall in love with the couple, it was a picture made in heaven, or in this case, made by Iceberg Media! wink wink

Fe Marie & Aloysious
Decked out in Filipino Traditional clothing, Barong Tagalog & Baro't Saya, Fe Marie & Aloysious must have been freezing their bottoms off despite the happy smiles on their faces, a true testament to how truly happy they are. Despite shooting in the dead of winter, the couple were infectious with love and joy which truly brought the pictures to life. As they say, a picture speaks a thousand words and their photos speak millions! We adore how they stuck true to their culture and how even the stunning background of University of Western Australia matches their clothing and overall style.
Hannah & Andrew
Who doesn’t love a lil’ Mrs and Mr Smith action? Adorned in a matching black dress and suit, they truly emit the same vibes of the infamous action couple and we can’t stand how good they look! Shot surrounding Como The Treasury, it was the perfect backdrop for their modern and classy pre-wedding shoot.
Bronwyn & Anthony
Remember the scene in Mulan where she sings to herself while staring back at her reflection through the water? Clearly, that was the vision for Bronwyn & Anthony and look how perfectly it came out! Almost as if there are two couples in one, it makes one linger on the photo for longer to process what’s going on. Thankfully, Bronwyn & Anthony are a vision to look at so no complaints here! Classy in black, it almost looks like they are models posing for a Vogue photoshoot. Timeless and elegant, it’s surely a photo to be hung for everyone to see.
We have had the honour to shoot and photograph a number of couples throughout 2023 and we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity every couple presents us as they choose Iceberg Media to shoot their special day.
